These terms govern the First Edition Franky Blind Box NFT, its revealed rewards, and the claim of its physical collectible. The operator is Lonely Lily Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Lonely Lily," "we," or "us"). By minting, accepting, holding, transferring, or claiming a First Edition Franky Blind Box NFT (a "Blind Box NFT"), you agree to these terms. Our general website terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of FrankyTheFrog.com and Franky HUB. If these terms conflict with the general website terms about this specific collection, these terms control.
1. What the Blind Box NFT includes
The First Edition is a limited run of 1,000 Blind Box NFTs associated with First Edition physical Franky vinyl blind boxes. Each eligible Blind Box NFT can be redeemed once for the physical blind box associated with this release and for the reward identified for that token at reveal, subject to the claim process and deadlines below. The physical blind box contains a Franky figure in one of ten colorways. The colorway of the physical figure remains a surprise until its physical box is opened. Minting a Blind Box NFT does not guarantee a particular colorway or the Gold Franky prize.
This is a preorder for a physical collectible. Minting delivers the NFT first. The toys are already in production. We expect to ship physical items for timely, valid claims by January 31, 2027. This is an estimated shipment date, not a guaranteed delivery date. The physical items will be shipped after production is complete and a valid claim and eligible shipping address have been submitted. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation choice, and refund required by applicable law.
2. Ways to receive a Blind Box NFT
Blind Box NFTs may be obtained through the OpenSea mint beginning September 30, 2026, through promotional giveaways announced on our official social accounts, or through the Fly Wheel in Franky HUB using Flies, while supplies and the relevant programs last. Mint phases, prices, wallet eligibility, quantities, network fees, and the actual start and end times are displayed on the official OpenSea collection page or on FrankyTheFrog.com. Third party platform terms also apply to transactions conducted there.
Flies are account points in Franky HUB. They may be earned through free ecosystem activities and may also be purchased using ETH where offered. Flies are recorded off chain in a HUB account; they are not a cryptocurrency, an NFT, or a claim to cash. The Fly Wheel's rules, available rewards, and any limits on spins must be disclosed where the Fly Wheel is offered. Each social giveaway is subject to its posted official rules. Participation in free activities does not require buying Flies or minting an NFT.
If the Gold Franky or any other prize is awarded by chance through a promotion, separate official promotion rules will explain the free method of entry, eligibility, prize value, odds or how odds are determined, selection process, and claim conditions. Those rules will be published before the relevant promotion opens and will control that promotion if they differ from these terms.
3. Reveal and rewards
On the announced reveal day, we will automatically update the metadata for each Blind Box NFT to identify the digital reward assigned to that token and whether it is assigned the one of one Gold Franky prize. A marketplace may take additional time to refresh its display of updated metadata. Reveal and claim dates will be announced at FrankyTheFrog.com and on our official social accounts.
Possible digital rewards include Flies, Franky's Dinner NFTs, and Nibbles NFTs. The exact reward for a token is the reward shown for that token in the official reveal and claim system. The Gold Franky prize, if assigned, is a separate physical figure made from 925 sterling silver, weighing approximately 210 grams, and finished with 18 karat gold plating. It is not a solid gold figure. There is one Gold Franky prize in this First Edition release. Gold Franky is revealed through NFT metadata; the colorway of the standard vinyl figure remains a physical blind box surprise.
4. How to claim
Starting on the announced claim day, the current holder must connect the wallet containing the unredeemed Blind Box NFT to FrankyTheFrog.com, follow the claim instructions, and authorize the irreversible burn of that NFT. Burning the NFT redeems that token once. Once the burn is confirmed, eligible Franky's Dinner or Nibbles NFTs will be sent to the connected wallet and any Flies reward will be credited to the claimant's linked Franky HUB account. Processing can take additional time because of network or service conditions. Contact us promptly if a confirmed claim does not appear correctly.
After the burn, the claimant can submit a shipping address and contact information for the corresponding physical blind box. A token assigned Gold Franky also unlocks the Gold Franky claim, subject to the address and eligibility requirements in these terms and any applicable official promotion rules. A completed burn without a valid shipping address does not complete a physical shipment request. Keep control of the connected wallet and HUB account, and verify all transaction details before approving a burn. We cannot restore an NFT after it has been burned.
Before redemption, control of the unredeemed NFT determines who may claim its associated benefits. A transfer or secondary sale of an unredeemed NFT transfers that ability to the new holder, subject to these terms and the deadline. The original minter has no separate claim after transferring the NFT. After redemption, transferring a screenshot or record of the burned token does not transfer a claim.
5. Claim deadline and unclaimed items
The claim window lasts 30 calendar days from the claim announcement. We will publish the opening date, exact closing date and time, and time zone prominently on FrankyTheFrog.com and announce them on our official social accounts. We will also post a reminder before the window closes. The deadline shown on the website controls if a social post contains an error. To claim the physical item, the holder must burn the NFT and submit a complete, eligible shipping address by that deadline. The same deadline applies to redeeming digital rewards unless we expressly announce a longer digital claim period. If you encounter a claim error, contact us before the deadline with your wallet address and a description of the problem.
After the deadline, unredeemed rewards and unclaimed physical items expire and are considered forfeited, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may disable redemption for expired tokens and are not required to reserve or ship unclaimed items. This provision does not limit any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a failure of our claim system materially prevents claims, we will publish a reasonable extension or another remedy.
6. Shipping and production
We ship standard physical vinyl blind boxes worldwide where shipping is permitted by applicable law and a carrier offers service to the destination. Some destinations may be unavailable because of import restrictions, sanctions, carrier limits, or other delivery requirements. International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, and carrier fees imposed in the destination country. Unless we expressly state otherwise at the time of mint, the recipient is responsible for those charges. We will contact a claimant if we cannot ship a standard blind box to the address provided and will offer an opportunity to provide another deliverable address or any remedy required by law.
The one of one Gold Franky figure can be shipped only to an address in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. We cannot ship Gold Franky to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other United States territories, or any international address. A Gold Franky claimant who lives elsewhere may provide a valid address in the eligible shipping area by the claim deadline. The standard vinyl blind box associated with that NFT may still be shipped to a different eligible international address. We pay the shipping cost for Gold Franky itself. The claimant pays shipping for the standard vinyl blind box. We do not guarantee delivery to a forwarding service or an address that the carrier cannot serve. No cash alternative is offered solely because a claimant lacks an eligible Gold Franky shipping address, subject to rights required by law or applicable official promotion rules.
The toys are in production at the time of the mint. Shipping does not begin immediately after minting, reveal, or redemption. Shipping for each standard vinyl blind box is charged separately from the mint price. Its cost depends on the destination and available carrier service. We will show the shipping amount for the address supplied during the claim before requesting payment. The claimant must pay that amount before we dispatch the blind box when a shipping charge applies. International import duties, taxes, and customs or carrier fees are separate from the shipping charge and may also be payable by the recipient. We will post production and shipping updates on FrankyTheFrog.com. We may ship claims in batches. We will provide tracking information when an item is dispatched, using the contact information supplied during the claim. If you need to correct your address after claiming, contact us promptly. We can update it only before the shipping label is created or the package is dispatched. You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and responding to reasonable requests to correct it.
If we cannot meet the estimated shipping date, we will provide the notices, choices, and refunds required by applicable law. We may require reasonable verification before shipping Gold Franky, including confirmation that the claimant controls the eligible wallet and a deliverable address. We will describe any verification request through our official website or support channel. Gold Franky will be shipped using a tracked and insured service with signature confirmation.
7. Delivery issues and product condition
If a package is missing, arrives damaged, contains a materially defective figure, or contains the wrong product, contact franky@frankythefrog.com within 30 days after delivery or the carrier's reported delivery date. Include your claim details, shipping address, and photographs of the item and packaging if available. We will investigate and provide a remedy required by applicable law. Minor paint or finish variations may occur with manufactured collectibles. If a replacement blind box is appropriate and the original colorway is unavailable, the replacement may contain a different colorway. Gold Franky is a unique item and cannot be replaced with an identical second figure; if there is a problem with it, we will work with the claimant on an appropriate remedy. This reporting period does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Wallets, transactions, and third parties
You are responsible for the security of your wallet, account, and recovery information and for checking the network, collection, contract, recipient, and transaction details before approval. Blockchain transactions and burns generally cannot be reversed. Gas fees and third party marketplace fees may apply. OpenSea, wallet providers, blockchains, and carriers are independent services with their own terms. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies you have under applicable law if we fail to provide a promised item.
9. Ownership and intellectual property
Owning a Blind Box NFT or physical figure does not transfer ownership of the Franky characters, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property. You may display and resell your lawfully acquired token or physical collectible. Any use of our intellectual property beyond rights granted under our applicable IP rights policy requires our written permission.
10. Changes, problems, and legal terms
We may make reasonable operational changes to protect the security and integrity of the mint and claim process, correct errors, or comply with law. We will announce material changes on FrankyTheFrog.com. We will not retroactively remove a reward already assigned to an eligible token except to correct a demonstrable technical error or comply with law, and we will provide an appropriate remedy where required.
These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
