1. Purpose The Fly Wheel is a free, promotional community mechanic designed for entertainment and player engagement within the Franky's Dinner ecosystem. It is not intended to be gambling, wagering, or any other form of gaming for monetary gain.

2. No Purchase Necessary No purchase is required to participate in the Fly Wheel. Participation is subject to any eligibility requirements or limitations established by Lonely Lily Studios.

3. Flies The Fly Wheel uses Flies, an off-chain ecosystem currency used within the Franky's Dinner ecosystem. By using the Fly Wheel, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Flies are not cryptocurrency.

• Flies have no monetary value.

• Flies cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other legal tender.

• Flies are not securities, investments, or financial instruments.

• Flies do not represent ownership, equity, voting rights, or any other interest in Lonely Lily Studios, Franky's Dinner, or any affiliated project.

• Flies exist solely as a digital ecosystem currency for participation in eligible Franky's Dinner experiences.

• Lonely Lily Studios may modify, award, deduct, expire, suspend, or discontinue Flies or their uses at any time.

4. Earning Flies Flies are earned through participation in the Franky's Hub ecosystem and other eligible community activities designated by Lonely Lily Studios.

At the time these Terms become effective:

• Flies are earned through participation, community engagement, gameplay, and by holding eligible NFTs within the Franky's Dinner ecosystem.

• The methods for earning Flies may change or expand over time.
  
  

Lonely Lily Studios may, in the future, introduce additional methods of acquiring Flies, including the ability to purchase Flies or receive them through promotions, events, or other ecosystem activities. Any such changes will be announced by Lonely Lily Studios and will remain subject to these Terms and any additional terms that may apply.

5. Rewards Rewards available through the Fly Wheel are promotional in nature and may include digital items, ecosystem rewards, community benefits, or other prizes as determined by Lonely Lily Studios. Reward availability may change at any time without notice. Lonely Lily reserves the right to substitute, modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward.

6. Fair Use Users agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or unauthorized software.

• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

• Abuse bugs or unintended mechanics.

• Interfere with the operation of the Fly Wheel.

Lonely Lily reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation and remove rewards obtained through abuse or fraudulent activity.

7. Availability The Fly Wheel is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reward frequency, or continued operation. Lonely Lily may modify or discontinue the Fly Wheel at any time.

8. No Gambling The Fly Wheel is a free promotional activity. Participants do not stake money or anything of monetary value in exchange for a chance to win prizes. Because Flies have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, the Fly Wheel is not intended to constitute gambling, a lottery, or wagering activity.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lonely Lily Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Fly Wheel or the use of Flies.

10. Changes Lonely Lily Studios may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
